Above average base salary. We are committed to providing a competitive base salary compared to other similar businesses both at our main office and at our branch offices.
Performance bonus and/or compensation. Each of our employees is entitled to receive a performance bonus and/or compensation, both for each case faced and as a form of appreciation. We will provide this bonus and/or compensation once a year.
Health insurance and employment insurance. We believe that health is absolutely necessary to be maintained and preserved, while regarding employment, we want certainty for employees. Therefore, we consider it necessary to register every employee as part of the BPJS Kesehatan participants with class 1 service quality and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan which includes work accident insurance, job loss insurance, death insurance, pension insurance, and old age insurance.

Health insurance for employee families. We view that employee families are part of the company’s extended family whose happiness and sadness must also be considered. Therefore, DNP Consulting will also be committed to providing health facilities and services for employee families in the form of a class 1 BPJS Kesehatan program for employee spouses (husband/wife), class 2 for employee children (max 2), and class 3 for employee parents (max 2).
Additional leave. In order to realize the company’s mission to provide a balance between work and life, the company will provide additional special leave for employees of 12 working days outside of the leave provisions set by the government. We hope that the additional leave given can be used optimally by employees to recharge their energy in the midst of their work routines so that they can work optimally again after the leave takes place.

Strong teamwork and time management skills
Professional communication ability
Familiarity with tax software and Microsoft Excel
High integrity and strong interest in the taxation field
